Are you looking for a way to improve your personal fitness?  In an environment that promotes quality movement?  Where the emphasis to do better is as important than do more?
The Fittest Pair Challenge allows you to improve your fitness level, with the support of a partner and a qualified fitness program, where you will have fun and let your inner warrior
come out to play!  Each person will improve their movement skills in addition to improving their balance, speed and strength!  And of course the chance to win a big cash prize while you are at it!

  • $49– Current TFW-Lincoln students (Get 50% off your entry fee if partnered with a NEW MEMBER!)

  • $99 New Member includes 4 weeks of group training sessions

  • $199 New Member includes 4 weeks of group training plus Four (4) Semi-Private Personal Training sessions (1 per week at TFW-Lincoln)


  • $300 to the team with the best overall improvement at the end of the challenge


  • INITIAL Testing Day Saturday, Sept. 1st at 9am
  • FINAL Testing Day Saturday, Sept. 29th  at 9am


  • Single Leg Balance-Touch Test- 60 seconds
  • Full-Body Fit Test- Timed Event
  • Hanging Knees to Elbows Test- As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP)
  • Sprint-Drag-Carry- Timed Event


  • Regardless of the membership package that a person chooses, they will be eligible for all prizes.

  • A Team must consist of TWO (2), 1 may be a non-member (no obligation to join after).

  • All Team members can be non members or current students. 

  • The beginning testing must take place on or after September 1st at 9:00am to 10:00am The final testing must take place on or before September 29th at 9:00am to 10:00am.

  • All contestants are required to attend training at Capital City Fitness/TFW-Lincoln

  • All contestants must complete the information and liability forms.

  • All contestants are recommended to complete a minimum of three (3) workouts per week at Capital City Fitness/ TFW Lincoln

  • All contestants must participate in the pre and post testing!

  • Rules for each event will be strictly enforced.

  • A minimum of ten (10) teams must take part for the contest to take place. If ten (10) teams do not register a full refund will be given to each person.

  • No refunds are given after the registration fee is paid, with the exception of not meeting minimum team requirements.

  • The Grand Prize remains the same even if teams exceed ten (10)
